We always appreciate hearing from our clients and do so regularly both on the negative and the positive. Communication is important and we recognize that client projects are complex with a lot of moving parts through the process from receiving supply requests to delivering sample results. Yesterday, one of our client’s comments stand out and I wanted to share them:
… we especially appreciate duty above and beyond such as when Sarah travelled over an hour (each way) in the evening to pick up some samples, around Christmas time, and recently tracked down some undelivered samples left in a courier’s warehouse.
