We are very excited to announce that Sara Gulenchyn will be moving into the position of Corporate Client Service Manager at CARO Analytical Services. Since joining the company in 2008, Sara has been a driving force behind CARO’s 95% client retention rate and a key player in CARO’s expansion.
Sara has proven to be a strong ambassador of the CARO brand and an inspiring and energetic leader for the laboratory and the client service team. In her new role, Sara will apply her deep understanding of customer needs and competitive dynamics to enhance CARO’s brand and customer experience.
Sara graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry. Sara began her career at CARO’s Kelowna location at the front desk as a Client Service Representative. In 2009, Sara expanded her skills by taking on a role in the laboratory as a chemistry analyst. During this time, she gained more knowledge of CARO’s analytical methods, Quality system and contributed to improvement practices. In 2010, Sara transitioned back to client service and became the Client Service Coordinator of the Kelowna Division and has since more than doubled the size of the corporate team.
Sara is an active participant of the environmental industry, most recently speaking at the BC Groundwater Association Conference on the topic of Emergency Spill Response Sampling and Techniques. Sara also holds her Professional Chemist designation through the Association of Professional Chemists of BC.
