If you’re a business client looking to work with CARO, our new online portal, CCI, will have everything you need to ensure your first project at CARO’s environmental lab in Alberta runs smoothly. From start to finish you can rely on the CCI through every stage of your project:

Step 1: Ordering Containers: You can place bottle orders and add in any other supplies you may need directly in the CCI. If you’re worried you won’t know what you need to include in your order, our handy Sample Handling Guide is provided, which includes all the details around sample requirements for our core tests.

Step 2:  Collecting your samples: The CCI works on all devices, including your smartphone. This makes it easy for field staff to access the eCOC feature and submit their chain of custody information completely electronically.

Step 3: Tracking your Samples: From received, to processing, to in progress, to completed, you can see where your samples are, every step of the way!

Step 4: Receive your Reports & Invoices: With the CCI it’s easier than ever to get your reports. Reports and invoices can be downloaded directly from the platform, with a multi-field search option so you can pull up any reports in seconds.
