CARO’s new CCI allows you to place bottle orders, submit COCs, view status updates, download reports, review project costs, and pay bills, all in one place.  As your Big Picture Sidekicks, we believe complete transparency is top priority. Through status updates you will always know your samples’ whereabouts.  It will be like you are right there in the lab with us… but we’ll leave the testing to the scientists. 😉

For those of you who aren’t ready to trade online tools for good ol’ fashioned phone calls – we’ve made that easier too. Through your personal account you’re able to see who your CARO contacts are and how to reach them.
